Activating WhatsApp
The WhatsApp module is an optional add-on that must be enabled for your SmartPyme account before you can use it. Contact your SmartPyme administrator to request activation. Once enabled, the WhatsApp option appears in the left sidebar.Connecting a WhatsApp Session
Start a new session
Click Connect Session. SmartPyme generates a QR code that you will use to link your WhatsApp Business account.
Scan the QR code
Open the WhatsApp Business app on your phone, go to Linked Devices, and tap Link a Device. Point your camera at the QR code displayed in SmartPyme.
Sending Messages
Once a session is connected, use the Messaging panel to send and receive WhatsApp messages with your customers. Select a contact or enter a phone number to start a conversation. All messages are logged within SmartPyme so your team maintains a shared view of every customer interaction.Managing Sessions
The WhatsApp Sessions panel gives you a full view of every linked number. From there you can:- View which sessions are currently active or inactive.
- Disconnect a session to unlink a number from SmartPyme.
- Reconnect a session by scanning a new QR code if a connection drops.
