Go to the login page at app.smartpyme.site and click Forgot password. Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.
Yes. SmartPyme supports multiple branches (sucursales). Add them under Settings → Branches. Each branch operates independently with its own users, cash registers, and warehouses.
Go to Settings → Users and click New User. Enter the user’s details, assign a role — admin, cashier, seller, or supervisor — and select the branch they belong to.
Yes, SmartPyme supports electronic invoicing (DTE) for El Salvador. You need valid credentials from the Ministry of Finance (Ministerio de Hacienda) to activate this feature. See the Electronic Invoicing guide for full setup steps.
Yes. To import products, go to Inventory → Products → Import and upload an Excel file using the provided template. To import customers, navigate to Sales → Customers → Import and follow the same process with the customer template.
SmartPyme includes the following built-in payment methods:
  • Efectivo (Cash)
  • Tarjeta (Card)
  • Transferencia (Bank transfer)
  • Cheque (Check)
  • Crédito (Credit)
You can also add custom payment methods under Settings → Payment Methods.
Go to Settings → My Account and open the Integrations tab. Your API Key is displayed there. Keep it confidential — treat it like a password.
Your request returns an HTTP 429 Too Many Requests response. The rate limit resets at the top of the next hour. While waiting, avoid retrying the same request in a loop. See the Rate Limits documentation for details on limits and optimization strategies.
Yes. Set up the webhook under Settings → My Account → Integrations using your SmartPyme token. See the WooCommerce & Shopify integration guide for step-by-step instructions.
Contact SmartPyme support at soporte@smartpyme.com to request cancellation. Your data remains fully accessible until the end of your current billing period.
