Dashboard Overview
Access the main dashboard by clicking Dashboard in the left navigation menu. At a glance you will see:- Total sales for the selected period.
- Cash flow across your registered accounts.
- Top-selling products by revenue or quantity.
- Expense breakdown by category.
- Inventory value of your current stock.
Dashboard Sections
The dashboard is organized into focused sections. Use the section tabs to navigate between views:Sales (Ventas)
Daily and monthly revenue charts, top-selling products and services, and a breakdown of sales by channel (point of sale, e-commerce, etc.).
Expenses (Gastos)
Spending totals broken down by category and department, so you can spot cost overruns at a glance.
Inventory
Current stock value, a list of products below their minimum stock level, and a timeline of recent inventory movements.
Finance (Finanzas)
Gross and net margin calculations and profitability ratios to evaluate the financial health of your operations.
Results (Resultados)
A profit and loss summary for the selected period, showing revenue, cost of goods sold, and net income.
Accounts (Cuentas)
Real-time balances for each registered bank account and a cash flow timeline showing inflows and outflows.
Date Filters
Use the date picker at the top of the dashboard to define any custom date range — today, this month, a fiscal quarter, or a specific span of days. You can also filter results by branch or sales channel to isolate performance for a specific location or revenue stream.Automatic Reports (Reportes Automáticos)
You can schedule SmartPyme to email reports to your team on a recurring basis. To configure automatic reports:- Go to Settings → Automatic Reports.
- Click New Automatic Report.
- Choose the report type (sales, expenses, inventory, etc.).
- Set the frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Add the recipients who should receive the report by email.
Exporting Data
Almost every list view in SmartPyme includes an Export button. Use it to download the current view’s data for further analysis or record-keeping. The following modules support Excel and PDF exports:- Sales — full transaction history with line items.
- Inventory — stock levels, movements, and valuations.
- Payroll — payslips, payroll runs, and employee summaries.
- Accounting — journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements.
